(“withco”, “we”, “our”) regarding our collection and use of your personal information in connection with our website at with.co and any other site linking to this Policy (the “Website”) as well as in our other communications with you via email, verbally, or otherwise regarding or in the course of a business relationship with you or a related business.  This Policy does not apply to personal information shared by you with, or collected by, third parties whose websites may be accessed from our Website through links to those third-party websites. From time to time, we may update this Policy as we undertake new personal information practices or adopt new privacy policies and practices.

What personal information we collect

We generally collect contact information (such as a person’s name, company or employer name, email address, mailing address, and phone number).  When evaluating or engaging in a business relationship with you or your business, we also collect the physical address and other details, such as current sale or lease status and property history, regarding the commercial property at issue for our products and services (the “Property”) as well as financial and credit information relating to the occupying business at issue and other relevant parties.  While the information we collect is generally business or Property related, some of the information constitutes personal information.
