What information will brokers need from the tenant?

In order to proceed with withco, we will need: 

1. 2-3 years of business tax returns
2. 2-3 years of Profit & Loss Statements
3. Current Lease
4. Intent to purchase their current property, move to another or open an additional location in <6 months.
