We work hard to ensure business owners have the incentive to purchase the property from us at the end of their lease term. We work with business owners who want to own their properties and would consider someone not ending up purchasing their property an outlier situation. In the event this happens, we will work with business owners on a case-by-case basis and also consider extending your lease for another 5-years on similar terms.
